이용약관
한 줄 요약: 이미지 클릭커는 무료 도구입니다. 만든 모델은 이용자 것이고, 실제 출력 결과는 프린터·재료·슬라이서 설정에 따라 달라지므로 출력 전 확인은 이용자의 몫입니다.
1. 목적
이 약관은 이미지 클릭커(이하 "사이트")가 제공하는 브라우저 기반 3D 모델 제작 도구의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
2. 서비스의 내용
- 이미지를 올려 클릭커 형태의 3D 모델을 만들고 미리 보는 기능
- OBJ · 3MF 파일로 내려받는 기능
- 작업 내용을 이 브라우저에 자동 저장하는 기능
모든 기능은 무료이며 회원 가입이 필요하지 않습니다. 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
3. 이용 조건
- 별도의 승인 없이 누구나 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 도구는 이용자의 브라우저에서 실행됩니다. 브라우저 성능에 따라 계산이 느려질 수 있습니다.
- 서버 장애, 점검, 호스팅 정책 변경으로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
4. 이용자의 책임
다음 사항은 이용자가 확인하고 책임집니다.
- 이미지 사용 권리. 업로드한 이미지를 사용할 권한이 있는지 확인해야 합니다. 타인의 사진·캐릭터·상표에는 별도의 이용 조건이 적용될 수 있습니다.
- 출력 전 확인. 크기, 두께, 결합부, 조립 여유, 슬라이서의 부품 배정을 직접 확인해야 합니다.
- 제3자의 권리. 타인의 사진·캐릭터·상표를 침해하는 이미지를 사용하지 않아야 합니다.
- 안전. 출력물의 용도에 맞는 강도와 안전성을 직접 검증해야 합니다.
5. 지식재산권
- 도구의 코드, 디자인, 이름과 로고는 운영자에게 있습니다.
- 이용자가 만든 모델과 내려받은 파일은 이용자의 것입니다. 상업적 사용을 포함해 자유롭게 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 사이트에 포함된 예시 이미지와 글꼴은 각 원저작자의 조건을 따릅니다.
6. 보증하지 않는 것
도구는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 다음을 보장하지 않습니다.
- 모든 슬라이서·프린터에서 오류 없이 열린다는 것
- 출력이 성공하고 원하는 강도가 나온다는 것
- 얇은 선이나 작은 디테일이 깨지지 않는다는 것
- 계산 결과가 항상 동일하다는 것(브라우저·이미지에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다)
7. 서비스의 변경과 중단
기능을 추가·수정·제거할 수 있고, 사전 고지 후 또는 불가피한 경우 즉시 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다. 무료 서비스이므로 중단에 따른 별도 보상은 없습니다.
8. 책임의 제한
운영자는 이 도구의 이용 또는 이용할 수 없음으로 생긴 손해(출력 실패, 재료 손실, 데이터 손실, 시간 손실 등)에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
중요한 작업은 내려받은 파일을 따로 보관해 주세요. 브라우저 저장값은 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 사라집니다.
9. 약관의 변경
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다. 변경 후에도 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
10. 준거법과 분쟁
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 문의처를 통해 협의하고, 해결되지 않을 때는 관련 법령이 정한 절차를 따릅니다.
11. 문의
이 문서는 현재 운영 방식에 맞춰 직접 작성한 안내문입니다. 법률 자문이 아니며, 유료 기능이나 광고를 도입하는 시점에 전문가 검토를 받는 것이 좋습니다.
Terms of Service
In one line: Image Clicker is a free tool. The models you make are yours, and print results depend on your printer, material and slicer settings — checking before printing is up to you.
1. Purpose
These terms govern use of the browser-based 3D model tool provided at Image Clicker (the "site").
2. What the service provides
- creating and previewing a 3D clicker model from an image,
- downloading OBJ and 3MF files,
- automatic saving of your work in this browser.
All features are free. No account is required and we collect no payment details.
3. Conditions of use
- Anyone may use the tool without approval.
- The tool runs in your browser. Calculation speed depends on your device.
- The service may pause for outages, maintenance or hosting changes.
4. Your responsibilities
- Image rights. You must hold the right to use any image you upload. Other people's photos, characters and logos may carry their own terms.
- Checking before printing. Verify size, thickness, switch fitting, assembly clearance and slicer part assignments yourself.
- Third-party rights. Do not use images that infringe another person's photos, characters or trademarks.
- Safety. Verify that the printed part is strong and safe enough for its intended use.
5. Intellectual property
- The tool's code, design, name and logo belong to the operator.
- Models you create and files you download are yours. You may use them freely, including commercially.
- Sample images and fonts included with the site remain under their owners' terms.
6. No warranty
The tool is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that:
- files open without error in every slicer or printer,
- a print will succeed or reach a particular strength,
- thin lines or small details will not break,
- results are identical across browsers and images.
7. Changes and suspension
We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend the service with notice or immediately when unavoidable. As a free service, suspension carries no compensation.
8. Limitation of liability
The operator is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this tool — including failed prints, wasted material, lost data or lost time — except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Keep your own copy of important downloads. Browser storage disappears when you clear browsing data.
9. Changes to these terms
Updated terms are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes should first be raised through the contact address; unresolved matters follow the procedures set by applicable law.
