What to include
Bugs and errors
- what happened (for example, the download button did nothing),
- your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows 11),
- a screenshot if you can.
Print problems
- your printer and slicer,
- the material you used,
- your settings (width, thickness, fill),
- a photo of the problem area.
Privacy requests
- requests to confirm or delete visit records,
- see the Privacy Policy for details.
About replies
- A person reads and answers. This is not an automated inbox.
- Expect a reply within about 2–3 business days; it may take longer.
- Not every request can be implemented, but all are read.
- Bug reports are triaged first.
